Written in the stars
Overview
Written in the Stars is a Storyline based astrology game. The game includes a custom-built drag-and-drop activity. Building out the drag-and-drop activity allowed for signs to match with each other.
Design theory & Development
To design this project, I custom built images in Adobe Illustrator.
This course was designed using ADDIE and Action Mapping. The SME
and I worked to determine design goals and then I created a
storyboard in Adobe XD, a script, and project design guide. Custom
images were designed in Adobe Illustrator. Once complete, the course
was developed in Storyline. I used JavaScript and xAPI to track user
selections to determine any gaps in learning, timing, pass/fail grades, a
leaderboard, and create a completion certificate.
Lash Bar
Overview
Savannah Aesthetics is a Storyline based training for lash technicians.
To develop the project, I used Storyline, xAPI, JavaScript coding, Adobe
XD, and Adobe Illustrator.

Style Guide
Overview
A Storyline based course for Crystal Sefcovic Photography. I used the
SAM model to convert a PDF file into a storyline course. The course
includes knowledge checks, a drag-and-drop model, and information
clients need for a photo shoot.
Design theory & Development
First, I made a Storyboard of the project using the SAM method to fine-
tune elements she needed from her PDF document. We paired down
some unnecessary items so that her clients could easily navigate for the
items they needed to see. I used Adobe XD to develop an outline. Once
she was satisfied with my outline, I completed the project in Storyline. I
used Adobe Illustrator to edit vector images to use for the Style Drag
and Drop.
atd workbook
Overview
The ATD Workbook is designed to assist chapter members in their Professional Development. This workbook provides opportunities for note-taking and record-keeping of their experiences throughout the year. It is designed to boost engagement and participation in our local chapter.
Design theory & Development
For this project, I created custom images using Canva and then imported them into Adobe. In Adobe, I designed a customized form that calculates the overall participation of our members. This workbook will help our members stay on track and increase their chances of winning a year-end prize.
